This is the site for the course materials prepared by Robert Mackay for students at the University of Central England in Birmingham.

The site is primarily intended for students taking the module "Law and the Consumer" which runs as a stage 2 or stage 3 module in semester 2.

For copyright reasons some parts of this site are only intended to be viewed by by students currently enrolled at UCE.

The course commences in February 2002 and concludes in May. The module is offered in both full time and part time mode.
